- Experience in fine dining restaurants and service

- ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals

Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as a lead line cook, sous chef, or equivalent kitchen leadership in a fine dining restaurant

Job Duties
- Oversee all AM kitchen operations
- provide leadership and support to the AM culinary team
