Job Requirements
- College degree or certificate in culinary or hospitality field preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in a high-volume kitchen environment
- Strong knowledge of various culinary styles and techniques
- Proven leadership ability to manage and motivate kitchen staff
- Effective communication skills
- Competent in inventory management processes
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Must be able to pass pre-employment drug test and background check
- Willingness to participate in E-Verify employment verification process
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Communicates daily with the Executive Chef regarding planning, staffing, and internal procedures
- Completes daily food requisitions and specials
- Assists in hiring, training, and coaching kitchen staff
- Plays an integral role in menu development and innovation
- Manages inventory including ordering and receiving products
- Maintains a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Ensures all dishes are prepared to perfection and meet quality standards
