Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of progressive culinary experience in a leadership position
  • Ability to organize workloads and meet time deadlines
  • Strong leadership and team management skills desirable
  • Experience with Microsoft software programs
  • Ability to follow oral and written directions
  • Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations
  • ServSafe certified

Job Qualifications

  • Associate's Degree in culinary arts preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of progressive culinary leadership experience
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft software

Job Duties

  • Oversee seasonal lunch buffet and a la carte service
  • Communicate with Chef de Cuisine about timelines, set-ups, service details, and daily menu
  • Use Banquet Event Orders (BEO) as a guide for event details
  • Partner with Food and Beverage management and front of house staff to ensure event expectations are met
  • Work with Executive Chef and Chef de Cuisine to maintain high food quality standards
  • Develop daily rotating menus for the golfer's buffet
  • Organize morning prep cooks to maximize kitchen efficiency
  • Manage seasonal soup production and inventory levels
  • Lead cleaning and sanitizing efforts of kitchen and ice cream machines
  • Manage culinary operations of lower-level equipment area
