Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Associate’s degree in culinary arts preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of progressive culinary experience in a leadership role
  • Ability to organize workloads and meet deadlines
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Experience with Microsoft software programs
  • Ability to follow oral and written instructions
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • ServSafe certification required

Job Duties

  • Oversee seasonal lunch buffet and a la carte service
  • Communicate with Chef de Cuisine about timelines, set-ups, and service details
  • Develop daily rotating menus for the golfer’s buffet in collaboration with Chef de Cuisine
  • Organize and manage morning prep cooks to maximize kitchen efficiency
  • Maintain inventory and production of seasonal soup
  • Lead cleaning and sanitizing of kitchen and ice cream machines
  • Manage culinary operations of lower-level equipment area
