Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to handle cash and operate POS
  • must meet legal requirements for serving alcohol
  • maintain personal grooming standards
  • comply with company policies and training
  • certification in Alcohol Awareness and Food Handlers as applicable

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Take customer food and drink orders
  • serve food and beverages
  • prepare itemized checks and accept payments
  • escort guests to tables
  • set up and clear tables
  • operate a point of sales system
  • check patron identification for alcohol sales
  • maintain high personal grooming and wear proper uniform
  • comply with certification requirements such as Alcohol Awareness and Food Handlers
  • service guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • clear and reset tables
  • perform opening and closing procedures
  • ensure tables and side stands are stocked and clean
  • maintain compliance with company policies
