Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of food and beverage service experience preferred
  • ability to stand, walk, sit, kneel, and use hands regularly
  • ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds
  • strong communication skills
  • follow all applicable federal, state, and local safety and health regulations
  • availability to work early morning, late night, weekend, and holiday shifts
  • no travel required
  • no direct supervisory responsibilities

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • working knowledge of professional dining service standards and procedures
  • 1-2 years of food and beverage service experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Deliver warm, professional service that reflects TPC values and enhances the guest experience
  • greet guests promptly, present menus, communicate specials, and take accurate food and beverage orders
  • serve food and beverages including non-alcoholic and alcoholic offerings in accordance with menu specifications, presentation standards, and TPC brand standards
  • maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked service stations before, during, and after each shift
  • perform assigned side work duties, including polishing, rolling silverware, restocking, and organization
  • open and maintain dining areas including dining room, grill, and pub, ensuring a clean, polished, and guest-ready atmosphere
  • accurately handle cash, credit card, and member charges
  • verify charges, authorizations, and account details per company policy
