Job Requirements
- Must be able to lift and carry a moderate amount of weight
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and be mobile for 90 percent or more of each shift
- Previous customer service experience
- Refined verbal communication skills
- Must be available to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Adhere to grooming standards and expectations in our business casual environment
- Attend to the cleanliness of the restaurant as needed
- Be knowledgeable of menu options and daily specials
- Provide a friendly, warm, and genuine environment
- Maintain communication with serving staff and leaders
- Assist with side work duties as needed
- Demonstrate adaptability and a collaborative spirit by supporting various Food and Beverage operations as needed, including restaurant service and banquet functions
- Accept and fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership, acknowledging that duties may evolve and are not limited to those listed
