Job Requirements
- Passion for creating amazing experience for our clients and guests

Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a busser or food runner in casual or upscale restaurant
- TABC Certification completed prior to training
- Ability to read, write, and verbally communicate effectively and professionally with other business departments, guests, and vendors
- Ability to diplomatically deal with difficult situations and people, while exhibiting a consistent level of professionalism
- The team member is required to perform all necessary duties of the job
- The team member must regularly lift and/or move up to 10-25 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
Job Duties
- Embody the values and guiding principles of Hotel Drover
- Assist culinary staff with front line set up
- Ability to manage multiple functions and deliver results in a demanding, fast paced environment
- Build and maintain relationships with all stakeholders while acting as an extension of the Hotel Drover brand
- Greet and welcome our guests
- Delivery of food to the guests ensuring that it is delivered promptly and of the proper temperature in various outlets
- Clean and set tables to restaurant standards as needed
- Deposit dishes appropriately in the dish area or specified area
- Set and stock food runner stations
- Clean stations, including sweeping floor using the tools provided
- Assist in Room Service by running food to Room Service station if needed
- Assist other restaurant personnel with tasks when necessary
