Job Requirements
- Prior experience as a busser, food runner, or in a similar role is a plus but not required
- Entry-level candidates with a strong work ethic are welcome
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sense of urgency, organization, and ability to multitask
- Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail
- Ability to stand, walk, and remain on your feet for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs
- Must have a reliable schedule and be available for nights, weekends, and holidays as required

Job Duties
- Clear and reset tables promptly to maintain a tidy and organized dining area
- Clean surfaces, chairs, and floors around tables after guests leave to prepare for the next seating
- Assist with filling water glasses and refilling guest beverages as needed
- Deliver food orders from the kitchen to the correct tables accurately and in a timely manner
- Confirm with servers and kitchen staff that each dish meets presentation and quality standards before delivery
- Assist in explaining dishes to guests as needed, maintaining knowledge of the menu and dish contents
- Acknowledge and greet guests with a warm, friendly demeanor
