Job Requirements
- Must be able to stand and exert a well-paced mobility for periods up to 8 hours in length
- Must be able to lift/push/pull moderate weight
- Must have AM shift availability as well as flexibility to work weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- A warm and outgoing personality with a passion for restaurants and customer service
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
- Refined verbal communication skills
- At least 1+ years experience as a server, preferably in an upscale/fast-paced environment
- Ability to anticipate and understand guests' needs, focus attention on service details and work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team
Job Duties
- Maintain menu knowledge and give recommendations from our compilation of cuisine and drink offerings
- Submit guest menu selections and present these food and beverage preferences to the guest
- Maintains an awareness of food and product information, merchandise promotions, special offers and advertisements
- Accurately and efficiently complete all sales transactions and maintains proper cash accountabilities at the POS system
- Other duties include general restaurant preparation and maintaining a sanitary environment
- Communicates customer requests to co-workers and/or management in a prompt, efficient manner where needed
- Cooperates and interacts with colleagues in a positive, respectful manner and with a team approach, offering to assist as needed in order to ensure customer service
- Reports to work on time and as assigned per the schedule on a regular, consistent basis
