Job Requirements
- High school education or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of one year progressive experience in food and beverage
- Must have ServSafe or TIPS certification
- Ability to work long hours as needed
- Capacity to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally
- Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, bend, stretch, twist or reach
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods without sitting or leaning
- Must be fluent in English
- Ability to work in stressful and high-pressure situations
- Must be able to multitask regularly
Job Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent preferred
- At least one year of progressive food and beverage experience
- ServSafe or TIPS certification
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards
- Fluency in English
Job Duties
- Be a friendly face by setting up and cleaning the restaurant area
- Maintain cleanliness of floors, tables, and buffet areas throughout shift
- Provide friendly, attentive service with upselling and recommendations
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and promptly
- Follow established safety and security policies and report issues
- Remember guest preferences and engage with them positively
- Perform closing duties including cleaning and sidework
