Job Duties
- Provide friendly and efficient service to guests during breakfast and brunch hours
- Take orders, deliver food and beverages, and anticipate guest needs
- Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of menu offerings including dietary restrictions and special requests
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area adhering to sanitation and safety standards
- Upsell menu items and promote special promotions or events
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and proactive manner
