High school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in food service or hospitality
strong communication skills
customer service orientation
ability to work early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays
basic math and cash handling skills
ability to stand and walk for extended periods
willingness to adhere to sanitation and safety regulations

Job Qualifications

Previous experience as a server in a fast-paced environment
strong customer service and communication skills
ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-pressure environment
knowledge of food and beverage menus, including dietary restrictions and allergens
exceptional attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate orders
positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for guest satisfaction
ability to work early morning shifts and weekends
basic math and cash handling skills

Job Duties

Provide friendly and efficient service to guests during breakfast and brunch hours
take orders, deliver food and beverages, and anticipate guest needs
demonstrate a thorough knowledge of our menu offerings, including dietary restrictions and special requests
collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
maintain a clean and organized dining area, adhering to sanitation and safety standards
upsell menu items and promote special promotions or events
handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and proactive manner
work collaboratively with the team to create a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience
