Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 1 year relevant server experience
- alcohol beverage servers certification
- food handlers certification
- ability to stand and walk for long periods
- ability to lift and carry 50 to 75 pounds
- excellent communication skills
- friendly and professional demeanor
- readiness to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 1 year server experience in a similar role and size of operation preferred
- alcohol beverage servers certification required
- food handlers certification required
Job Duties
- deliver best-in-class service to guests with engagement and thoughtfulness
- take and deliver guests' food and beverage orders with enthusiasm, regularly revisit table to ensure beverages are filled and ensure guest satisfaction
- generate checks through PMS and receive payments efficiently for each guest
- maintain daily organization of the restaurant, ensuring all condiments and supplies are replenished
- monitor inventory levels to prevent stock shortages
- ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and optimal functionality of all restaurant and service workstations
