Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 1 year relevant server experience
  • alcohol beverage servers certification
  • food handlers certification
  • ability to stand and walk for long periods
  • ability to lift and carry 50 to 75 pounds
  • excellent communication skills
  • friendly and professional demeanor
  • readiness to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 1 year server experience in a similar role and size of operation preferred
  • alcohol beverage servers certification required
  • food handlers certification required

Job Duties

  • deliver best-in-class service to guests with engagement and thoughtfulness
  • take and deliver guests' food and beverage orders with enthusiasm, regularly revisit table to ensure beverages are filled and ensure guest satisfaction
  • generate checks through PMS and receive payments efficiently for each guest
  • maintain daily organization of the restaurant, ensuring all condiments and supplies are replenished
  • monitor inventory levels to prevent stock shortages
  • ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and optimal functionality of all restaurant and service workstations
