Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Dust all surfaces including furniture, shelves, and inside drawers
- vacuum carpets, moving light furniture when needed
- sweep and mop floor, spot clean walls
- wash and dry sinks, vanities, tubs, shower stalls, toilet bowls, wall and floor tiles, amenity hardware
- clean mirrors and shine all bathroom fixtures
- wash shower curtain or call for replacement when needed
- clean and disinfect telephones, remote controls, and handles
- remove garbage and clean trashcans
- dust/wipe clean all room furniture, fixtures, and equipment
- make beds and replace bed pads when necessary
- ensure all linens are clean and in good condition
- restock terry items including bathrobes and slippers
- replace guest room amenities including bathroom, coffee supplies at minibar, and closet materials
- deodorize room and adjust heating/AC
- report items needing replacement or repair
- review and complete job-related documents accurately and timely
- report guest complaints
- stock cart daily and keep it neat and tidy at all times
