Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year of restaurant service experience
- Valid TABC certification
- Valid Food Handlers Card
- Ability to work full time in Austin, TX
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Must maintain professional appearance and grooming
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
Job Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Effective time management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well with a team and demonstrate attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills and interpersonal abilities
- Must have TABC and Food Handlers Card
- At least one year of restaurant service experience
- Professional attitude and adherence to company policies
Job Duties
- Proactively approach guests and acknowledge those in queue
- Maintain polite and gracious tone throughout interactions
- Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive table service
- Communicate menu details and beverage knowledge proficiently
- Complete daily checklists and participate in ongoing training
- Use POS system Tabit to process charges and ALICE system for guest requests
- Maintain cleanliness and professional grooming at all times
