Job Requirements
- must be available to work Saturday and Sunday mornings
- 1+ year of experience in food and beverage service
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- knowledge of basic food and beverage service standards
- ability to handle guest requests and inquiries with professionalism
- familiarity with point-of-sale systems is preferred
- must be able to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts
- must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull up to 50 lbs
- must be available to work mornings, weekends, and holidays as required
Job Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- knowledge of basic food and beverage service standards
- ability to handle guest requests and inquiries with professionalism
- familiarity with point-of-sale systems is preferred
Job Duties
- ensure knowledge of the menu, restaurant promotions, and specials including ingredients and preparation methods
- respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner
- take guest food and/or beverage orders and input orders into the point-of-sale system
- retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders promptly
- ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service
- serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with regulations
- ensure serving station is well-stocked at all times
- perform side work and any other duties as designated by the supervisor
- maintain regular attendance and observe prescribed work, break, and meal periods
- maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, complying with the dress code
