Job Requirements

  • must be available to work Saturday and Sunday mornings
  • 1+ year of experience in food and beverage service
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • knowledge of basic food and beverage service standards
  • ability to handle guest requests and inquiries with professionalism
  • familiarity with point-of-sale systems is preferred
  • must be able to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts
  • must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull up to 50 lbs
  • must be available to work mornings, weekends, and holidays as required

Job Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • knowledge of basic food and beverage service standards
  • ability to handle guest requests and inquiries with professionalism
  • familiarity with point-of-sale systems is preferred

Job Duties

  • ensure knowledge of the menu, restaurant promotions, and specials including ingredients and preparation methods
  • respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner
  • take guest food and/or beverage orders and input orders into the point-of-sale system
  • retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders promptly
  • ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service
  • serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with regulations
  • ensure serving station is well-stocked at all times
  • perform side work and any other duties as designated by the supervisor
  • maintain regular attendance and observe prescribed work, break, and meal periods
  • maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, complying with the dress code
