Job Duties

  • Provide the highest level of customer care
  • provide a friendly, helpful and responsive service for guests
  • clean and service all public areas
  • empty trash in all public areas
  • clean public area restrooms
  • clean mirrors, inside of windows, and dust all surfaces
  • vacuum carpets where needed
  • follow departmental policies and procedures
  • attend training sessions
  • report maintenance items
  • adhere to health and safety standards
  • maintain a positive and friendly attitude
  • undertake reasonable requests from management
