Job Requirements
- Must be able to read, speak, write and communicate effectively
- Use basic math skills
- Arrive to work on time, usually early mornings
- Lift up to 45 pounds to shoulder height frequently
- Be outgoing and friendly with a strong sense of hospitality and urgency
- Have flexibility in scheduling since the store is open seven days a week
- Be available to work weekends

- Effective communication skills including reading, speaking, writing and basic math
- Flexibility in scheduling including weekend availability
- Quick service experience is a plus
- A desire to grow and become a supervisor is a plus
Job Duties
- Be in proper uniform and ready to take responsibility for the shift at the assigned time
- Learn and have complete operation and safety knowledge of mixer, sheeter, dicer and cheese shredder
- Be responsible to complete the Daily Inventory and Prep List using a computer
- Prioritize the day's work, completing tasks which, if not done first, would jeopardize the store's operation
- Mix dough to recipe and roll dough balls to standard
- Sheet, wrap, date, and store crusts to Papa Murphy's standards
- Comply with all Papa Murphy's sanitation procedures and safety standards
- Receive and check in all orders delivered to the store following proper order/receiving procedures
- Properly store and rotate all products before and after prepping to ensure quality
- Smile and be friendly, even when things get chaotic
- Be responsible for the efficient use of time allocated to each task
- Comply with Performance Standards
- Perform other job related duties as directed by the immediate supervisor
- Be willing to perform duties of a Counter Person or Cashier Team Member by answering phones, cashiering and/or making pizzas
