Job Duties
- be in proper uniform and ready to take responsibility for the shift at the assigned time
- learn and have complete operation and safety knowledge of mixer, sheeter, dicer and cheese shredder
- be responsible to complete the daily inventory and prep list using a computer
- prioritize the day's work, completing tasks which, if not done first, would jeopardize the store's operation
- mix dough to recipe and roll dough balls to standard
- sheet, wrap, date, and store crusts to Papa Murphy's standards
- comply with all Papa Murphy's sanitation procedures and safety standards
- receive and check in all orders delivered to the store following proper order/receiving procedures
- properly store and rotate all products before and after prepping to ensure quality
- smile and be friendly, even when things get chaotic
- be responsible for the efficient use of time allocated to each task
- comply with performance standards
- perform other job related duties as directed by the immediate supervisor
- be willing to perform duties of a counter person or cashier team member by answering phones, cashiering and/or making pizzas
