Job Requirements
- Ability to stand 8-10 hours per shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs throughout the day
- Ability to perform frequent bending, reaching, squatting and routine change of actions
- Weekend and holiday availability
- Independent and able to work at a fast pace
Job Qualifications
- One year of experience in a production bakery preferred
- Basic understanding of safe food handling practices
- Ability to read and understand recipes in English
- Basic math skills
- Strong, energetic and self-motivated
- Works in an organized, structured and neat environment
Job Duties
- Aid in the production of morning pastries and croissants using a sheeter for pie dough, cookies, scones and lamination
- Mix batches of dough
- Scoop muffins
- Cut cookies
- Help with seasonal item production
- Assemble and prepare sandwiches and salads
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the workspace
