Job Requirements
- High school education or equivalent experience
- Minimum one-year food service or related work
- Ability to work as a team member
- Ability to communicate with kitchen staff
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds regularly
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to work in varying temperatures including over 100 degrees and freezing conditions
- Ability to follow health, nutrition, and sanitation regulations
- Positive and professional approach
- Availability to work scheduled shifts

Job Duties

- Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation
- Follow standard portion sizes and recipe specifications
- Report equipment and food quality issues promptly
- Ensure proper food storage and rotation according to procedures
