Job Requirements

  • High school education or equivalent experience
  • Minimum one-year food service or related work
  • Ability to work as a team member
  • Ability to communicate with kitchen staff
  • Ability to lift up to 70 pounds regularly
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to work in varying temperatures including over 100 degrees and freezing conditions
  • Ability to follow health, nutrition, and sanitation regulations

Job Duties

  • Follow standard portion sizes and recipe specifications
  • Report equipment and food quality issues promptly
  • Ensure proper food storage and rotation according to procedures
