Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • minimum two years experience in food preparation and cooking
  • ability to stand walk bend and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods
  • effective communication skills
  • ability to work independently and in a team
  • strong organizational skills and time management
  • knowledge of safe food handling procedures

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Prepare and execute menu items to high-quality standards
  • maintain a clean and organized kitchen that meets health code regulations
  • assist with menu development food preparation and inventory management
  • inspect and report kitchen equipment maintenance needs
  • help train and support fellow kitchen staff
  • uphold personal and club appearance standards providing friendly and professional service
  • adhere to all Dormie Network policies and procedures
  • work with other employees and become an efficient working team
