- High school diploma or GED preferred
- minimum two years experience in food preparation and cooking
- ability to stand walk bend and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods
- effective communication skills
- ability to work independently and in a team
- strong organizational skills and time management
- knowledge of safe food handling procedures

Job Duties
- Prepare and execute menu items to high-quality standards
- maintain a clean and organized kitchen that meets health code regulations
- assist with menu development food preparation and inventory management
- inspect and report kitchen equipment maintenance needs
- help train and support fellow kitchen staff
- uphold personal and club appearance standards providing friendly and professional service
- adhere to all Dormie Network policies and procedures
- work with other employees and become an efficient working team
