Job Duties
- Close the kitchen ensuring all tasks are completed
- adhere to all prepared written recipes for all menu items to maintain consistency and quality
- report any out-of-stock items to the Food and Beverage Manager promptly
- prepare all breakfast and dinner menus as directed
- prepare employee lunch daily
- review banquet event orders and prepare dishes for banquet functions
- supervise and assist dishwashers and pantry personnel to ensure efficient workflow
- ensure all dining room associates follow proper ordering and pick-up procedures
- perform dinner set-up duties according to the Prep List schedule
- maintain health and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas
