Job Duties

  • Close the kitchen ensuring all tasks are completed
  • adhere to all prepared written recipes for all menu items to maintain consistency and quality
  • report any out-of-stock items to the Food and Beverage Manager promptly
  • prepare all breakfast and dinner menus as directed
  • prepare employee lunch daily
  • review banquet event orders and prepare dishes for banquet functions
  • supervise and assist dishwashers and pantry personnel to ensure efficient workflow
  • ensure all dining room associates follow proper ordering and pick-up procedures
  • perform dinner set-up duties according to the Prep List schedule
  • maintain health and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas
