Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of line cook experience

Job Duties
- Prepare and execute a la carte breakfast and lunch items to club standards
- set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies before service
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
- follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications
- ensure food is prepared safely and efficiently, adhering to health and sanitation guidelines
- collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth service and timely execution
- assist with prep work for upcoming services and events as needed
- communicate effectively with front-of-house staff to ensure member satisfaction
