Job Requirements

  • Full availability including daytime, evening, and weekends
  • ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods
  • ability to work in warm to hot environments
  • compliance with health department requirements for food safety and hygiene
  • ability to perform shift change and opening or closing duties
  • pass reference and background check

Job Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of kitchen experience
  • preferably in fine dining environment
  • ability to read and follow recipes and standards
  • comfortable interacting with guests
  • basic understanding of culinary skills
  • ability to work as part of a team
  • strong communication skills
  • willingness to learn and develop culinary craft
