Job Requirements
- Full availability including daytime, evening, and weekends
- ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods
- ability to work in warm to hot environments
- compliance with health department requirements for food safety and hygiene
- ability to perform shift change and opening or closing duties
- pass reference and background check
Job Qualifications
- At least 1 year of kitchen experience
- preferably in fine dining environment
- ability to read and follow recipes and standards
- comfortable interacting with guests
- basic understanding of culinary skills
- ability to work as part of a team
- strong communication skills
- willingness to learn and develop culinary craft
