Job Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of professional line cook experience
  • Availability to work morning shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to follow health and safety regulations
  • Good physical stamina for fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Basic knowledge of food safety standards
  • Capability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of line cook experience, preferably in upscale or private club settings
  • Strong knowledge of breakfast and lunch preparation techniques
  • Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays
  • Excellent knife skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • ServSafe or equivalent food safety certification preferred
  • Positive attitude and commitment to hospitality excellence

Job Duties

  • Prepare and execute a la carte breakfast and lunch items to club standards
  • Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies before service
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
  • Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications
  • Ensure food is prepared safely and efficiently, adhering to health and sanitation guidelines
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth service and timely execution
  • Assist with prep work for upcoming services and events as needed
  • Communicate effectively with front-of-house staff to ensure member satisfaction
