Job Requirements
- Full availability including daytime, evening hours, and weekends
- Ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods
- Ability to withstand hot environments around ovens, stoves, or fryers
- Compliance with health department food safety and hygiene requirements including labeling, time, and temperature
- Successful completion of reference and background checks
- Perform opening or closing duties as scheduled
Job Qualifications
- At least one year of kitchen experience preferably in a fine dining environment
- Ability to read and follow recipes and standards
- Comfortable training employees
- Familiarity with health department requirements and food safety standards
- Strong communication skills
- Capability to interact with guests
- Willingness to learn and grow culinary skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Job Duties

- Demonstrate professional urgency while being mindful of technique
- Possess a basic understanding of culinary skills and strive for ongoing learning
- Foster open communication within the department by participating in meetings and providing feedback
- Observe and report substandard conditions of facilities and equipment
- Maintain regular communication with culinary leadership to ensure alignment and flexibility
- Perform shift changes, opening, or closing duties as required
