Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One to two years of relevant experience
  • Ability to stand continuously for long periods
  • Ability to lift and carry 20 to 100 pounds
  • Good manual coordination and multitasking capabilities
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to maintain cleanliness and organizational standards
  • Ability to function in a physically strenuous indoor environment
  • Must have tact and patience when handling customer service situations
  • Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Qualifications

  • High school education or equivalent
  • One to two years in a related position with this company or other organizations
  • Must have basic knowledge of customer service principles, food service function, and restaurant and kitchen operations
  • Ability to coach and lead fellow team members effectively
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to follow policies, procedures, and SOPs consistently
  • Experience working flexible shifts including weekends, holidays, and varied hours

Job Duties

  • Full set up and tear down of each service
  • Lead and guide fellow servers to be the best
  • Keep station neat and clean while servicing guest per established policies and procedures
  • Able to work flexible shifts to consist of mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekend and holidays
  • Set tables in assigned area correctly and uniformly
  • Follow all opening/closing checklist and on-going side work to insure maximum efficiency
  • Ability to coach fellow team mates and assist in the moment when manager not present
  • Break down buffets or other special food service tables and equipment
  • Assist management team in all areas as a supervisor when manager is not present
  • Greet and serve guests following guidelines set by the policies/procedures regarding the service of food and beverage
  • Keep kitchen area & all storage areas clean according to policies set forth by management
  • Clearly and timely communicate needs and concerns to MOD
  • Complete all set-up and closing duties
  • Assist guests
  • act as supervisor when needed in order to facilitate guest needs in the moment
  • Be vocal in pre shifts and throughout the shifts helping other staff members stay on point, educated and delivering on our brand promise
