Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One to two years of relevant experience
- Ability to stand continuously for long periods
- Ability to lift and carry 20 to 100 pounds
- Good manual coordination and multitasking capabilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organizational standards
- Ability to function in a physically strenuous indoor environment
- Must have tact and patience when handling customer service situations
- Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent
- One to two years in a related position with this company or other organizations
- Must have basic knowledge of customer service principles, food service function, and restaurant and kitchen operations
- Ability to coach and lead fellow team members effectively
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to follow policies, procedures, and SOPs consistently
- Experience working flexible shifts including weekends, holidays, and varied hours
Job Duties
- Full set up and tear down of each service
- Lead and guide fellow servers to be the best
- Keep station neat and clean while servicing guest per established policies and procedures
- Able to work flexible shifts to consist of mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekend and holidays
- Set tables in assigned area correctly and uniformly
- Follow all opening/closing checklist and on-going side work to insure maximum efficiency
- Ability to coach fellow team mates and assist in the moment when manager not present
- Break down buffets or other special food service tables and equipment
- Assist management team in all areas as a supervisor when manager is not present
- Greet and serve guests following guidelines set by the policies/procedures regarding the service of food and beverage
- Keep kitchen area & all storage areas clean according to policies set forth by management
- Clearly and timely communicate needs and concerns to MOD
- Complete all set-up and closing duties
- Assist guests
- act as supervisor when needed in order to facilitate guest needs in the moment
- Be vocal in pre shifts and throughout the shifts helping other staff members stay on point, educated and delivering on our brand promise
