Job Requirements

  • be at least 18 years of age or older
  • willingness to work Sunday through Thursday from 6:30 am to 3:00 pm
  • ability to lift and carry items as required by kitchen duties
  • ability to stand for extended periods during shift
  • willingness to adhere to company core values of respect, kindness and compassion, honesty, and service excellence
  • ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
  • willingness to complete required training sessions

Job Qualifications

  • be at least 18 years of age or older
  • eagerness to learn and grow as a professional in the food service industry
  • knowledge of food preparation and/or dishwashing preferred but not required
  • ability to develop positive relationships with residents, peers, and the community
  • possess a servant heart and a passion for hospitality
  • strong communication and teamwork skills

Job Duties

  • assist in meal preparation including food prep, stocking salad bar, filling refreshment carafes, and setting tables
  • reset the dining room and kitchen after meals by washing dishes, removing trash, and busing tables
  • work collaboratively with the culinary and dining services team
  • operate and maintain state of the art kitchen equipment
  • uphold core values of respect, kindness and compassion, honesty, and service excellence
  • ensure cleanliness and organization in dining and kitchen areas
  • support a positive dining experience for residents and guests
