Job Requirements
- be at least 18 years of age or older
- willingness to work Sunday through Thursday from 6:30 am to 3:00 pm
- ability to lift and carry items as required by kitchen duties
- ability to stand for extended periods during shift
- willingness to adhere to company core values of respect, kindness and compassion, honesty, and service excellence
- ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- willingness to complete required training sessions
Job Qualifications
- be at least 18 years of age or older
- eagerness to learn and grow as a professional in the food service industry
- knowledge of food preparation and/or dishwashing preferred but not required
- ability to develop positive relationships with residents, peers, and the community
- possess a servant heart and a passion for hospitality
- strong communication and teamwork skills
Job Duties
- assist in meal preparation including food prep, stocking salad bar, filling refreshment carafes, and setting tables
- reset the dining room and kitchen after meals by washing dishes, removing trash, and busing tables
- work collaboratively with the culinary and dining services team
- operate and maintain state of the art kitchen equipment
- uphold core values of respect, kindness and compassion, honesty, and service excellence
- ensure cleanliness and organization in dining and kitchen areas
- support a positive dining experience for residents and guests
