Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in food service or kitchen environment helpful but not required
- ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- willingness to work early morning shift from 6:30 am to 3:00 pm Sunday through Thursday
- ability to follow directions and work collaboratively in a team
- commitment to upholding company core values
Job Qualifications
- must be at least 18 years of age
- eagerness to learn and grow professionally in the food service industry
- knowledge of food preparation or dishwashing preferred
- strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with residents, peers, and community
- demonstration of a servant heart and passion for hospitality
Job Duties
- assist in food preparation including stocking the salad bar and filling refreshment carafes
- set tables in the dining room to prepare for meal service
- clean and reset dining room and kitchen following meals by washing dishes and bussing tables
- remove trash to maintain cleanliness and hygiene
- collaborate with the culinary and dining services team in a dynamic kitchen environment
- adhere to company core values of respect, kindness and compassion, honesty, and service excellence
- support overall kitchen operation to ensure a smooth and efficient dining service
