Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the food service industry
- Willingness to work Sunday through Thursday from 6:30 am to 3:00 pm
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to uphold company core values
- No prior experience required though experience in food prep or dishwashing is a plus
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Eagerness to learn and grow professionally in the food service industry
- Basic knowledge of food preparation or dishwashing is preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to develop positive relationships with residents, peers, and the community
- Strong work ethic and commitment to company core values
Job Duties
- Assist in food preparation including stocking salad bar, filling refreshment carafes, and setting dining tables
- Reset dining room and kitchen after meals by washing dishes, removing trash, and bussing tables
- Collaborate with the culinary and dining team to maintain a dynamic kitchen environment
- Use state-of-the-art kitchen equipment effectively and safely
- Uphold company core values of respect, kindness, compassion, honesty, and service excellence
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas
- Build positive relationships with residents, peers, and community members
