Job Requirements

  • Must have and maintain an active Management Level Food Handlers' Certification (ServSafe)
  • adhere to local food handler requirements
  • consistent record of responsible and efficient performance
  • ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • capable of lifting up to 40 lbs
  • authorized to work in the U.S.

Job Qualifications

  • Culinary degree preferred
  • 3-5 years of kitchen management experience in a moderate to high-volume restaurant or equivalent
  • strong leadership skills
  • excellent culinary skills
  • ability to manage multiple tasks
  • knowledge of food safety regulations
  • experience with inventory and ordering
  • ability to communicate effectively

Job Duties

  • Participate in hiring, training, and employee development
