Job Requirements
- Must have and maintain an active Management Level Food Handlers' Certification (ServSafe)
- adhere to local food handler requirements
- consistent record of responsible and efficient performance
- ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- capable of lifting up to 40 lbs
- authorized to work in the U.S.
Job Qualifications
- Culinary degree preferred
- 3-5 years of kitchen management experience in a moderate to high-volume restaurant or equivalent
- strong leadership skills
- excellent culinary skills
- ability to manage multiple tasks
- knowledge of food safety regulations
- experience with inventory and ordering
- ability to communicate effectively
