Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience working as a host in a hospitality environment
Excellent customer service skills
Strong verbal communication skills
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Qualifications

Previous experience as a restaurant host or similar role
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Knowledge of food and beverage menus and ability to make recommendations
Ability to manage reservations and guest seating efficiently
Professional appearance and demeanor

Job Duties

Greet guests professionally and warmly upon arrival
Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently
Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
Answer guest queries regarding menu items and restaurant policies
Coordinate seating to optimize guest flow and restaurant capacity
Communicate with kitchen and wait staff to ensure smooth service
Handle guest concerns and ensure satisfaction before departure
