Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to perform essential physical functions including sitting, standing, and squatting frequently
- Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance
- Willingness to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends
- Compliance with ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards
- Ability to perform multiple functions as directed
- Excellent communication skills

Job Duties
- Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival
- Manage seating arrangements to optimize guest flow and table turnover
- Provide menu information and recommendations to guests
- Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station
- Assist with other tasks as needed to support restaurant operations
