Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience
- One year of previous customer service experience
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting up to 30 pounds and standing for extended periods
- Ability to speak, understand, and write English
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications

- Knowledge of hotel and local area preferred
- Previous hosting experience in a fast-paced restaurant preferred
Job Duties
- Greeting guests in a courteous and friendly manner
- Seating guests and managing guest flow
- Accurately taking and entering guest orders when needed
- Assisting servers, bartenders, and room service staff
- Operating the micros system and cash register
- Following cash handling and POS procedures for guest checks
- Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant and work areas
