Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience
- One year of previous customer service experience
- Ability to speak, understand, and write English
- Ability to lift, push and pull up to 30 pounds regularly
- Ability to stand, walk, carry, and lift continuously during shift
Job Qualifications

- Ability to speak, understand, and write English
- Knowledge of hotel and local area preferred
- Previous hosting experience preferred in a fast-paced restaurant environment
Job Duties
- Greet and seat all guests in a courteous and friendly manner
- Accurately and quickly take, enter orders when needed, and communicate guest orders to servers according to standards
- Take guest reservations
- Respond to guests needs and provide the highest level of quality service
- Assist other associates as needed to meet guest’s needs
- Effectively operate micros operating system and cash register
- Follow all CSM brand cash handling and POS procedures to ensure accurate closing of all guest checks
