Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience
  • One year of previous customer service experience
  • Ability to speak, understand, and write English
  • Ability to lift, push and pull up to 30 pounds regularly
  • Ability to stand, walk, carry, and lift continuously during shift

Job Qualifications

  • One year of previous customer service experience
  • Ability to speak, understand, and write English
  • Knowledge of hotel and local area preferred
  • Previous hosting experience preferred in a fast-paced restaurant environment

Job Duties

  • Greet and seat all guests in a courteous and friendly manner
  • Accurately and quickly take, enter orders when needed, and communicate guest orders to servers according to standards
  • Take guest reservations
  • Respond to guests needs and provide the highest level of quality service
  • Assist other associates as needed to meet guest’s needs
  • Effectively operate micros operating system and cash register
  • Follow all CSM brand cash handling and POS procedures to ensure accurate closing of all guest checks
