Job Requirements

  • High school or equivalent education
  • 1-2 years of dining room and bar experience in fine dining
  • ability to work well in a team
  • excellent communication skills
  • punctuality especially for early morning shifts
  • excellent hygiene and grooming
  • ability to operate POS and computer booking systems
  • pleasant telephone manner
  • willingness to accept constructive feedback

Job Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of fine dining bar experience
  • knowledge of service and food and beverage
  • thorough knowledge of fine dining service procedures and functions
  • food and wine knowledge a plus
  • high school or equivalent education
  • dedicated to learning and motivated to progress in fine dining environments
  • excellent basic math skills
  • ability to operate cash register POS systems and Microsoft-based computer systems like Open Table
  • pleasant phone demeanor
  • impeccably groomed and maintain good hygiene
  • responsive to constructive feedback
