- 1-2 years of dining room and bar experience in fine dining
- ability to work well in a team
- excellent communication skills
- punctuality especially for early morning shifts
- excellent hygiene and grooming
- ability to operate POS and computer booking systems

Job Qualifications
- 1-2 years of fine dining bar experience
- knowledge of service and food and beverage
- thorough knowledge of fine dining service procedures and functions
- food and wine knowledge a plus
- high school or equivalent education
- dedicated to learning and motivated to progress in fine dining environments
- excellent basic math skills
- ability to operate cash register POS systems and Microsoft-based computer systems like Open Table
