Job Requirements
- High school education or equivalent
- Three to six months experience in a food and beverage service environment
- Vision ability to see guest checks, print outs, and instructions clearly
- Manual coordination to punch buttons, grasp items, and balance trays with food and beverages
- Ability to communicate effectively with management, staff, and guests
- Physical ability to lift and carry 20 to 40 pounds
- Ability to stand continuously for long periods
- Ability to bend, pull, push, and move items as needed

Job Duties
- Ensure tables are cleaned and set in a timely manner to effectively serve guests
- Remove finished courses and clear and organize dirty dishes, glasses, and silverware
- Maintain a clean and sanitary bussing station
- Complete all restocking and cleaning duties as instructed
- Memorize menu items, recipes, and daily specials to answer questions and make recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness standards in restaurant, wait-station, and kitchen service areas
- Attend all pre-meal and departmental meetings to enhance communication and product knowledge
- Respond to customer inquiries and comments professionally in person and by phone
- Present a clean and professional appearance at all times
- Maintain a friendly, cheerful, and courteous demeanor
- Use tact and understanding in handling customer service issues
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
