Job Requirements
- Must have flexible availability to work full-time during the seasonal period
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to lift up to 30lbs on a regular and continuous basis
- Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language used in the workplace
- Must possess basic computational ability
- Previous experience in a full-service restaurant
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards
Job Qualifications
- Must have at least one or more years of experience in a full-service restaurant
- Experience in a luxury or high-end food and beverage environment preferred
- Knowledge of appropriate table settings and service-ware
- Good communication skills both verbal and written
- Basic computational ability
- Ability to lift up to 30lbs regularly
- Thorough knowledge of food and beverage service
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- A second language is desirable
Job Duties
- Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner
- Ensure food presentation meets restaurant standards and confirm order accuracy before delivery
- Assist servers and kitchen staff with coordination and communication
- Support table setup and clearing between courses or after meals as needed
- Refill water, bread, and condiments throughout the guest's dining experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations and the expo line
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines and maintain a clean work environment
