Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service
- work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- assist with serving food and beverages
- respond promptly to guest inquiries and concerns
- ensure timely and accurate serving of orders
- run food to patrons' tables
- clear and reset tables promptly
- complete all side work including polishing silverware and water glasses
- create staff schedules
- monitor employee performance
- collaborate closely with the Food & Beverage Manager
