Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in Food & Beverage outlets
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to provide in the moment coaching
- Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards
- Flexibility to work various shifts including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency with basic computer systems
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in Food & Beverage Outlets (Restaurants, Bars, etc.) strongly preferred
- Previous Barista experience preferred
- Possess strong leadership, communication, organization, and relationship skills
- Experience with training, coaching, and customer service
- Proficient in general computer knowledge
- A true desire to exceed guest expectations in a fast-paced customer service environment
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including, but not limited to, mornings, nights, weekends, holidays, etc.
Job Duties
- Supervise departmental performance and provide them with in the moment coaching
- Lead and coach the team toward achieving exceptional guest service and colleague engagement results
- Ensure proper safety and sanitation of all kitchen facilities and equipment
- Organize and ensure success with private events booked in the outlets
- Provide on the floor support including but not limited to covering breaks, and assisting with hands on service to meet business demands
