Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in Food & Beverage outlets
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to provide in the moment coaching
  • Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Proficiency with basic computer systems

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in Food & Beverage Outlets (Restaurants, Bars, etc.) strongly preferred
  • Previous Barista experience preferred
  • Possess strong leadership, communication, organization, and relationship skills
  • Experience with training, coaching, and customer service
  • Proficient in general computer knowledge
  • A true desire to exceed guest expectations in a fast-paced customer service environment
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including, but not limited to, mornings, nights, weekends, holidays, etc.

Job Duties

  • Supervise departmental performance and provide them with in the moment coaching
  • Lead and coach the team toward achieving exceptional guest service and colleague engagement results
  • Ensure proper safety and sanitation of all kitchen facilities and equipment
  • Organize and ensure success with private events booked in the outlets
  • Provide on the floor support including but not limited to covering breaks, and assisting with hands on service to meet business demands
