Job Requirements
- Must have day time and weekend availability
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to bend, squat, kneel, reach, stretch, and climb without any difficulty
- Ability to effectively work at different heights
- Ability to work in team environment
- Must work in wet and humid environments with temperatures ranging from 70F to 120F and possible exposure to chemicals, fumes, dirt, odors, waste, and dust
- Must be able to work in tiring or uncomfortable positions for long periods of time
Job Qualifications
- Ability to properly and safely operate equipment used
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Demonstrated ability to work independently
- Ability to communicate effectively with public, guests and staff members
- Must be firm, fair, consistent and courteous in order to gain the respect and cooperation of the public
Job Duties
- Communicates with guests to take food and beverage orders
- Prepares guests food and beverage orders
- Provides outstanding customer service and engages in suggestive selling
- Assists in inventory receiving and stocking
- Performs cash-handling functions
- Ensures the food and beverage area adheres to the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service
- Performs all other duties as assigned
