Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 1 to 4 years related experience in customer service, transportation, logistics, or emergency services preferred

Job Qualifications
- A degree is highly recommended but a high school diploma or equivalent is required
- minimum of 1 to 4 years of related field experience such as customer service, transportation, logistics, or emergency services is often preferred
- strong communication skills with the ability to clearly and effectively transmit instructions and relay information
- quick decision-making abilities, especially during emergencies or changing priorities
- problem-solving skills to assess situations quickly and develop effective solutions
Job Duties
- Maintain composure and prioritize customer focus during issue resolution
