Job Requirements
- Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays as required
- must be able to lift a 20lb tray of dishes
- must be able to lift and dump commercial-sized mop bucket
- must be able to operate a commercial vacuum

Job Duties
- Sweep and mop walk-in, dry storage, back dock area making sure area is neat and clean
- empty trash and take all trash to dumpster, reporting back if dumpster is full
- clean dumpster area when needed
- clean strainer under the dish machine
- wipe down all dish areas then use stainless steel polish on all metal surfaces including glass rack area, sinks, and all machine areas
- make sure glasses and cups are in the correct racks
- make sure to use the proper procedure to do silverware
