Job Duties

  • wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment efficiently and thoroughly
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area and kitchen workspace
  • assist with basic food prep tasks such as chopping vegetables, portioning ingredients, and assembling prep items as directed
  • dispose of trash and recyclables properly and maintain waste areas
  • follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment
  • support kitchen staff with any additional tasks as needed during morning shifts
