Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED
- ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- exposure to soap, cleaning solutions and steam
- authorized to work in the U.S.

- previous experience in a high-volume, full-service kitchen preferred
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to follow all company policies regarding attendance, safety and sanitation
- ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- provide the best customer service in a courteous, fast and efficient manner
- wash and dry dishes, glassware, flatware and pots and pans by machine or hand
- load and unload the dish washing machine frequently throughout the day
- maintain clean work areas and equipment, sweep and scrub floors
- place clean dishes, utensils and cooking equipment in storage areas, prepare and package individual place settings
- sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas, clean garbage cans with water or steam
- clean and prepare various foods for cooking and serving, stock supplies in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators and salad bars
- maintain a clean and organized workspace, follow all safety and sanitation procedures as per OSHA, HACCP and Department of Public Health guidelines
- perform other duties as assigned
