Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0-1 year experience in a full-service kitchen environment
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members
- Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to operate dishwashing equipment
- Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
- Professional appearance and reliable work ethic
Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards for dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans using machine and manual cleaning methods
- Load, run and unload dish machine ensuring sanitation temperatures are met
- Sort, rinse, and rack dirty dishes and utensils
- Transport clean dishes to storage and cooking areas
- Change dishwater in the dish machine every hour
- Sort and remove trash to designated pickup areas
- Sweep, scrub and mop floors
- Maintain dish pit cleanliness
- Monitor dish machine temperatures and report issues
- Clean garbage cans, walls and work areas
- Prepare and package place settings
- Follow safety and sanitation procedures according to OSHA and health guidelines
- Perform other duties as assigned
