- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum two years culinary experience preferred
- ability to start shifts early between 5 AM and 8 AM
- basic knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety
- leadership skills

- ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment

Job Duties
- Supervise hourly AM cooks
- produce consistent, quality food products
- ensure timely food preparation that meets guest satisfaction
- assist in training kitchen staff
- assume departmental responsibilities in absence of Sous Chef
- monitor payroll costs and overtime
- maintain compliance with health department codes
