Job Requirements

  • Minimum three years of line cook experience in a high-volume restaurant or hotel kitchen
  • Experience with breakfast service
  • At least one to two years of lead cook experience preferred
  • Culinary degree, apprenticeship, or equivalent professional training preferred
  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food safety, and kitchen operations
  • Current food handler's certificate
  • Ability to work early morning shifts between 5am and 8am, weekends, and holidays
  • Proven ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy service periods
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Strong communication skills and ability to support team

  • Collaborate closely with the broader operations team
  • Support and train AM cooking team members
  • Monitor labor costs and manage overtime effectively
  • Uphold food safety and kitchen hygiene standards
  • Provide leadership support to the Culinary team as needed
  • Maintain efficient kitchen operations during high-volume breakfast service
